What personal data we collect

Our Privacy Policy is that our firm and website do not collect personal information except for the information which you may provide us by any form of communication.  This may include, but is not limited to, website form, e-mail, phone calls, postal mail, or fax.  This information is for use by the Fritz Law Offices. It is not sold or disclosed to others except as set forth herein or as necessary in the normal course of representation if you become a client.  Anonymous information may be collected as set forth below.

We seek to use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of personal information. It is impossible, however, for us or others to guarantee the safety and security of personal information. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us.

Contact Forms

If you fill out one of our “Contact Us” forms, the information provided will be seen by our office and will be saved.  Once you become a client, we will share your billing information with our cloud-based billing company (Currently “MyCase”) for the purpose of sending you invoices.

Cookies

What rights you have over your data

Exercising Your Rights

To the extent required by applicable law, California residents may ask us to provide them with (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (ii) the identity of those third parties.

Please note that we may be unable to process your request if you do not provide us with the above information. You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf.  Please note that we may not be able to process your request if your designated agent and/or you do not provide us with a power of attorney,

We will attempt to respond to most consumer requests within a reasonable time consistent with the applicable law. Any disclosures that we make in response to your request will cover the 12 months prior to your request. We have the ability to deny your request(s) if certain exceptions in the law apply. If we do deny your request, we will provide you with the reasons for such denial. Normally, we do not charge a fee to process or respond to consumer requests. However, we may charge a fee if the request is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.

You have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track is a preference you can set on your browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). You can either enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your browser.
