Theresa Rodriguez Fritz, Esq.

Theresa Rodriguez Fritz was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  She received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree, in Political Science and Philosophy, from Binghamton University, after attending a Fine Arts program. Theresa received her law degree from UCLA School of Law.  She was admitted to practice law in California.  Ms. Fritz began practicing employment law in 1988, after moving to Santa Rosa.  In 1993, she and her partner formed their own firm – “Fritz Law Offices.”

Ms. Fritz, a New Yorker, is bi-lingual (English/Spanish) with extensive experience in Labor & Employment and Business Law.  This includes counseling clients regarding preventative measures, regulation compliance, business organizational planning, and business start-up.  She advocates for Business and Non-Profit Organization clients before government agencies (including the EDD and the Labor Commissioner).  In addition, she represents clients before State Courts in litigation matters, as well as Mediations and Arbitrations.  Ms. Fritz’s Fine Arts background allows for a unique insight into Arts related matters and Artist and Gallery representation.

Ms. Fritz’s civic involvement includes having served on various Board of Directors: Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (Founding Director), Cultural Arts Council, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, The Museum of Sonoma County and her Church (Vestry/R.W.).

Ms. Fritz has also been a Presenter on several panels involving Employment Law Seminars for the Sonoma County Bar Association and as a speaker on Career Day at local schools.
