NDA – Employee Agreements:
Providing protection relating to proprietary claims starts with a non-disclosure agreement between the business and key employees and/or between partners or others in business together. A successful Business wants to know that they have some protection when employees or business partners leave that their confidential information and trade secrets will not be used to compete against it in the future. It is easier to agree to terms at the beginning of an employment or a business relationship, than at the end.
